Office Hours:
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office at 310-423-9983.
If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911, or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Our offices and the hospital are equipped with free wireless service for patients and visitors.

Prescription Refills:
Please have your pharmacy contact us for prescription refill request. Prescriptions are only filled during normal business hours. Please allow two business days for processing.

1. 405 north towards Los Angeles.
2. Exit Wilshire Blvd East.
3. Follow Wilshire Blvd for Approximately 15-25 minutes (depending on traffic).
4. Turn left onto San Vicente Blvd.
5. Turn Right onto Colgate Ave.
6. The Cedars Sinai Spine Center is in the Cedars Sinai Mark Goodson Building on the corner of San Vicente and Colgate Ave.
7. Parking entrance for the building is on Colgate.
8. Take the elevator to the 8th floor.

From 405 North:
1. 405 south towards the San Diego.

Billing Questions: 
All questions regarding insurance coverage and billing for Dr. Pashman should be directed to Mednet. You may contact Mednet at 310-322-4278. All questions regarding your bill from the Cedars Sinai Medical Center should be directed to Customer Service at 323-866-8600, Patient.Billing@cshs.org, or handled through the On-line business office.

Hospital Parking: 
If you are in the hospital more than three days, your family may purchase a parking pass at a reduced rate for parking garages 1, 4, and Lot 2. Click here for a parking map. Parking passes are available at the parking office located in Building 7, room 100. Office hours are M-F 7:30 am to 4:00 p.m. Phone number: 310-423-5535.

Hospital Visiting Hours
The hospital visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please limit your stay to 15-20 minutes. Maximum number of visitors in the room is two at a time. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the patient’s room, nor may they wait unattended in the waiting areas. A caregiver may interrupt your visit during some patient care routines. If you are ill, please do not visit.

Here is a list of local hotels for patient’s traveling to Los Angeles for treatment. The hospital has a discounted rate with these hotels. Please be sure to mention that you are a patient when you make your reservations.
